Damage in Transit

 

All drawings and prints are packaged extremely well. However in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit, please send a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. The artwork must be returned to us. Upon receiving the damaged item, your prints will be replaced. For original artwork we will place a claim with the shipping company and will refund the money once the claim is approved. 

Delivery

 

Artwork is shipped worldwide via USPS, UPS or FedEx – whatever method is appropriate. US delivery can be expected in 10-15 working days for original artwork. Prints are made by order and take 3 weeks to be delivered. Worldwide deliveries can vary based on the location. There are no guaranteed times for when a package will arrive, especially with the changing Covid-19 related restrictions that are beyond our control. It can take a few days to several weeks depending on the international destination. 

VAT & Import Duty

All items for sale are subject to Value Added Tax. Payment of import duty may be required in some countries, which is the sole responsibility of the client.

International orders, be prepared to pay duty/fees for imported products based on the final value of your order.
