International Mail Service Suspensions

Artwork is shipped worldwide via USPS, UPS or FedEx – whatever method is appropriate. US delivery can be expected in 5 business days for original artwork. Prints are made by order and take 10 -15 business days to be delivered. Worldwide deliveries can vary based on the location. There are no guaranteed times for when a package will arrive, especially with the changing Covid-19 related restrictions that are beyond our control. It can take a few days to several weeks depending on the international destination. If your purchase includes prints that are not in stock, the delivery time for shipping will be 15 business days.
Returning a print
We hope that you love your new art! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within seven days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original condition & original packaging
In order to receive a full refund, the work must be returned and received in its original condition and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed by the same payment method used for your order. Payments and refunds are made in US dollars. We cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations on international purchases. Shipping charges are non refundable except in cases where the item is found to be damaged.
In the unfortunate event of shipping damage, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged work. Damaged items will be replaced, not refunded and must be returned before a replacement item can be shipped out to you. Before a refund is issued you may be asked to provide photos of the damage for insurance purposes, so please don’t throw away the items or packaging!
In case of a lost item, we will place a claim with the shipping company after 60 days from the date of mailing. We will replace the prints or refund the money after the claim is approved.
