SHIPPING & RETURNS
As we get closer to the holidays, our shipping times are changing due to the high volume of orders. If you are shopping for Christmas, the last day to order prints on demand so they can arrive in time is December 5th. For our in stock catalog, the last day is December 18. We appreciate your patience while we work on your order. Please take into account that we also depend on the mail service and their times will affect our shipping inevitably.
Vacations. We will be taking time off from December 24 /2022 to January 2nd / 2023 to spend time with our families. If you place your order during that timeframe the first business day for your order will be January 3rd. Please order accordingly.

Artwork is shipped worldwide via USPS. Delivery time in the United States is approximately 3 - 5 business days for WINGSPAN PRINTS IN STOCK and WINGSPAN ORIGINAL DRAWINGS. WINGSPAN PRINTS are made by order and take 10 -15 business days to be delivered. For international orders, the time is approximately 2 weeks to 5 months depending on the country.
Red and Blue Designs cannot guarantee times for when a package will arrive, especially with the changing Covid-19-related restrictions that are beyond our control. Delays can be due to USPS being understaffed, Holidays, elections, domestic terrorist attacks, an unusually high volume of packages, issues with the tracking/scanning/sorting machines, etc., etc. - the list goes on. Please keep this in mind if making a purchase and expecting delivery for a special occasion. In case of damage, loss, or delay with your shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to find answers for you with USPS.
We hope that you love your new art! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within seven days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
In order to receive a full refund, the work must be returned and received in its original condition and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed by the same payment method used for your order. Payments and refunds are made in US dollars. We cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations on international purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the item is found to be damaged.
In the unfortunate event of shipping damage, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged work. Before a refund is issued, you may be asked to provide photos of the damage for insurance purposes, so please don’t throw away the items or packaging!
In case of a lost item, we will place a claim with the shipping company after 60 days from the date of mailing. We will replace the prints or refund the money after the claim is approved.
In international orders, refunds are only available if the order has not arrived after 5 months.
Once a package has left the USA, a package can no longer be tracked by USPS. An international purchaser is provided with a customs form. The purchaser (not Red and Blue Designs) is responsible for any customs fees or any other fee related to shipping. The customs number can be used by the purchaser to contact their customs office to inquire about the status of the delivery. Red and Blue Designs will not return any money if:
- Package(s) are not picked up by the purchaser.
- If the purchaser refuses to pay customs.
- Package(s) are returned for any reason.
- If the purchaser provided incorrect shipping address information.
